Among Japan’s most celebrated golfers, Isao Aoki is the first Japanese man to be inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. At Eagle Ridge, he has taken advantage of the distinct topography to create a superb championship course.

The Aoki Course offers wide open fairways and negligible rough. The course is not heavily contoured or bunkered but some of the greens could present a problem if you end up on the wrong side of the pin placement.

The Aoki Clubhouse aims to capture the ambience of a Japanese tea house, complete with pagoda-like roofs and entrance gate, fishponds filled with giant poi. An elegant wooden bridge spans the ponds at the lobby, at the end of which a giant lantern lights up a welcome. The sushi bar provides excellent food choices. Even the lockers allow for a Japanese style bath and sauna.
